
Blueberry Swirl Poke Cake
Ingredients
Lemon Cake Mix
1 can of Blueberry Pie Filling
4 oz. Fordham Lee Blueberry Swirl
Frosting
(½ Lemon Curd, 8 oz. Cool Whip)
Top with a lemon wedge and blueberries
Preparation
Bake the lemon cake according to package instructions and let it cool. Poke holes in the cake using the back of a wooden spoon.
Pour blueberry swirl and blueberry pie filling into the holes.
Mix lemon curd and Cool Whip to make the frosting. Frost the cake with the lemon curd and Cool Whip mixture.
Top with a lemon wedge and blueberries.

Blue Ukrainian
Ingredients
3 oz. Blueberry Swirl
1 oz. Coffee Liqueur
Preparation
In a glass, combine Blueberry Swirl and Coffee Liqueur.
Stir gently to mix the flavors.
Optionally, add ice if desired.

Blue Lavender Morning
Ingredients
2 oz. Blueberry Swirl
1 oz. Lavender Vodka
1/2 oz. Lemon Cream Liqueur
Preparation
In a mixing glass, combine Blueberry Swirl, Lavender Vodka, and Lemon Cream Liqueur.
Stir gently to infuse the flavors and strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
Optionally, garnish with a twist of lemon peel or a sprig of fresh lavender.

Blueberry Swirl Old Fashion
Ingredients
1 oz. Blueberry Swirl
3 oz. FLD Bourbon
1 T muddled blueberries
Preparation
Combine Blueberry Swirl and FLD Bourbon.
Add muddled blueberries and stir well to blend the flavors.
Serve over ice and enjoy!

White Chocolate Blueberry Martini
Ingredients
2 oz. Blueberry Swirl
1 oz. White Chocolate Cream Liqueur
1 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Heavy Cream
Preparation
Combine Blueberry Swirl, White Chocolate Cream Liqueur, Vodka, and Heavy Cream in a shaker.
Shake well to blend the ingredients and strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
Optionally, garnish with a few fresh blueberries or a white chocolate shavings.
