Fordham Lee Bourbon Orange Crush

Ingredients

2 oz Fordham Lee High-Rye Bourbon
1 oz. orange juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
Orange sparkling water to top off

Preparation

In a shaker filled with ice, combine the High-Rye Bourbon, orange juice, and simple syrup.

Shake well until thoroughly mixed and chilled.

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.

Top off with orange sparkling water.

Optionally, garnish with an orange slice or twist.

Maple Bourbon Smash

Ingredients

2 oz Fordham Lee High-Rye Bourbon
1/2 oz maple syrup
1/2 oz orange juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
4 dashes Angostura bitters
Top with club soda

Preparation

In a glass, combine 2 oz Fordham Lee High-Rye Bourbon, 1/2 oz maple syrup, 1/2 oz orange juice, 1/2 oz lemon juice, and 4 dashes of Angostura bitters.

Top with club soda and add an orange slice. Stir with ice for a refreshing Maple Bourbon Smash.

High-Rye Martini

Ingredients

2 oz. Fordham High Rye
1 oz. Lemonade
0.5 oz. Lemon Monin
Fresh lemon
Fresh basil

Preparation

Start by combining 2 oz. Fordham High Rye, 1 oz. lemonade, and 0.5 oz. Lemon Monin in a cocktail shaker. Squeeze the juice of a fresh lemon into the mix and add a handful of fresh basil leaves. Gently muddle the lemon and basil to release their vibrant flavors. Fill the shaker with ice, shake the ingredients vigorously for 15-20 seconds, and strain the concoction into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel or a fresh basil leaf to elevate the aromatic experience. Sip and savor the refreshing fusion of high-rye whiskey, citrusy lemon, and herbal basil in this exquisite martini. 

Fordham Mint Julep

Ingredients

8 mint leaves
1/4 ounce simple syrup
2 ounces Fordham Lee High-Rye Bourbon
Garnish: mint sprig
Garnish: Angostura bitters (optional)

Preparation

In a glass, gently muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup together to release the mint’s aroma and flavor.

Fill the glass with crushed ice.

Pour the Fordham Lee High-Rye Bourbon over the ice.

Stir gently to combine and chill the mixture.

Optionally, add a few dashes of Angostura bitters for extra flavor complexity.

Fordham Old Fashioned 

Ingredients

2 oz Fordham Lee High-Rye Bourbon
1 sugar cube
2 dashes Angostura bitter
2 ounces FLD High-Rye Bourbon
Orange twist

Preparation

Dash the bitters onto the sugar cube and muddle at the bottom of a chilled rocks glass. Add our Fordham Lee High-Rye Bourbon. Stir.

Add one large ice cube to the glass (or three or four smaller cubes if you don’t have a special ice cube tray). Stir until chilled and properly diluted, about 30 seconds. Spritz orange peel around the edge of the glass and lay onto the side of the ice cube.

Frozen Apple Cider Bourbon Slushy

Ingredients

1/2 cup frozen Apple Cider
1/4 cup Fordham Lee High Rye Bourbon
1 tablespoon Maple Syrup (adjust to taste)
Cinnamon (for garnish, optional)

Preparation

Pour apple cider into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid to create apple cider cubes.

In a blender, combine bourbon, a handful of apple cider cubes, and ice.

Drizzle in maple syrup to taste, adjusting sweetness according to your preference.

Blend until the mixture reaches a slushy consistency and pour the frozen slushy into glasses.

Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Harvest Hues Bourbon

Ingredients

2 oz. Fordham Lee High Rye Bourbon Whiskey
3 oz. apple cider
0.5 oz. maple syrup
0.5 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice

Preparation

Rim your glass with maple syrup and dip it into a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon for a delightful coating.

In a shaker, combine apple cider, FLD High-Rye Bourbon Whiskey, maple syrup, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Add ice to the shaker and shake well to combine all the flavors.

Ingredients

1 oz. Fordham Lee High Rye Bourbon Whiskey
3 oz. Cranberry Juice
1 oz. soda water

Preparation

Combine Fordham Lee High Rye Bourbon Whiskey, Cranberry Juice, and soda water in a glass.

Stir well to mix the ingredients.

Optionally, garnish with a slice of lime or a few cranberries.

Ingredients

1 oz. Orange Liqueur
.5 oz. Lemon Juice

Preparation

Serve over ice.

Peach Cobbler Martini

Ingredients

1 oz. Fordham Lee High Rye Bourbon Whiskey
1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps
2 oz. Snickerdoodle
3 oz. Peach Juice

Preparation

Blend to desired consistency.

Bourbon Blackberry Lemonade

Ingredients

1 oz. Fordham Lee High Rye Bourbon Whiskey
4 oz. Muddled Blackberries
2 oz. Blackberry Simple Syrup
4 oz. Lemonade

Preparation

Serve chilled.

Maple Bourbon Smash

Ingredients

1/4 oz. maple syrup
3 Dashes of Orange Bitters
Muddled Luxardo Cherry and Orange Slice

Preparation

Add ice to rocks glass and stir.  Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.
